Private Equity Operating Partner | Carve-Out, Turnaround & ERP-Driven Value Creation Specialist

This executive brings a deep blend of private equity operating experience, strategic transformation capability and hands-on operational leadership. Their background includes extensive work across carve-outs, M&A integration, ERP modernisation, organisational redesign and cross-functional execution. They operate effectively in complex corporate environments, managing diverse international stakeholders while ensuring disciplined delivery of value-creation initiatives.

Their private equity experience is substantial, having operated as an Operating Partner and interim C-suite leader within multiple portfolio companies. They have supported investors at every stage of the deal cycle—pre-deal diligence, post-acquisition transformation, operational restructuring, carve-outs, synergy realisation, refinancing preparation and exit planning. They are known for quickly diagnosing issues, quantifying value levers and executing change at pace, making them a highly trusted advisor to PE sponsors.

Well suited to interim leadership roles, turnaround mandates, complex carve-outs and enterprise-level transformation, they bring both strategic clarity and practical delivery expertise. Their track record reflects consistent EBITDA improvement, enhanced organisational resilience and stronger investment outcomes across a diverse range of sectors and geographies.

  • Delivered exit readiness for a global manufacturing carve-out following a major PE acquisition, identifying more than $15M in annual savings and implementing ERP-enabled finance and operations processes that significantly reduced reporting time and improved accuracy.

  • Led the turnaround of a distressed Middle Eastern manufacturing company, modernising systems, restructuring operations, and improving financial visibility—restoring stability and enabling the business to secure substantial new funding.

  • Conducted operational due diligence for a large utility sector transaction, identifying significant integration and systems risk exposure and helping investors avoid a value-dilutive deal.

  • Directed major global carve-out and separation programmes across more than 100 manufacturing sites, delivering material synergies, efficiency gains and full transition service exit.
